Due to manual production, slight deviations in measurements of up to 0.5 cm may occur.
Your new sandals may have a light factory odor. To remove it, simply let them air out for 1-2 days.
Light creases may occur during delivery. These can be easily removed:
- Gently smooth the affected areas with a soft cloth.
- If necessary, use a hairdryer on low heat to smooth the materials.
- Wear the sandals for a few hours to allow the material to adapt to the shape of your foot.

Standard delivery is free on every order shipped to a UK address.

- Delivery: approx. 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: tracking number emailed within 48 hours of dispatch

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Email support@almassia.com with your order number.
- Once your return is approved, we'll send the return address and next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, back to your original payment method.
