- Measure Chest: Measure with a measuring tape horizontally over the widest part, without tightening.
- Shoulder/Sleeve: Measure from shoulder to shoulder; measure from the outside of the shoulder to the wrist.
- Length: Measure from the shoulder, over the collar, to the bottom.
- Measure Under Clothing: With the typical top garment you wear underneath.
- Measure in the Afternoon: Body measurements are more realistic at this time.
- Slim Fit vs. Loose: Between two sizes → for slim fit smaller, for better layering/comfort larger.
- Broader Shoulders/Stronger Arms: One size up for more freedom of movement in the shoulders and sleeves.
- With Hoodie/Sweater Underneath? Plan one size up.
- Larger Waist than Weight: Based primarily on chest and shoulder, then check waist/length.
- Fabric and Filling: Thick filling adds volume; if a "slim fit" is desired, consider choosing a size smaller.
